Hector Silvestre

Hector Silvestre is originally from New York City and is a graduate of Rutgers University, Rutgers College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He has worked in the financial services industry since 1999, with prior experience at firms such as Charles Schwab and Wells Fargo Advisors.

Hector joined Baron Silver Stevens Financial Advisors in 2024 as a member of the portfolio strategy team. In this role, he provides investment research and strategic insights to support the implementation and positioning of ideas within client portfolios. He also serves on the firm’s Investment Policy Committee, with a particular focus on leveraging financial planning tools to create and maintain personalized plans for both prospects and clients.

He holds Series 7, 63, 9, and 10 securities registrations. Outside of work, Hector enjoys traveling with his wife, Elsy, and spending quality time at home with their two cats and one dog.
